Using ParkPulse

ParkPulse is provided as it is, for planning your day at a theme park. You may use it for your own personal use. Do not resell it, scrape it, or try to break or overload it. You must be 13 or older to use it.

The numbers are estimates

Wait times, forecasts, crowd levels, prices and walking times come from public feeds, from published park information and from other guests. They are often out of date or wrong. Park hours, menus and prices change without notice. Check with the park before you rely on anything here, and never use the map or directions in a way that takes your attention off where you are walking.

Live crowd levels come only from guests using ParkPulse at the time. They say which areas of a park are holding more of those guests than others, not how many people are in the park. Where too few are reporting to tell, we say so rather than show you a level.

What you post

You keep ownership of your posts, photos and ratings. By posting them you let us show them in the app to other guests. Post only what is yours to post, and keep it civil and honest.

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. Do not post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, obscene, or that impersonates somebody else. Content that other guests report is hidden automatically, and we remove content and accounts that break this rule. If you see something that breaks it, report it in the app or write to us, and we review what is reported.

Reporting and blocking

Every post and comment carries a "…" menu with Report on it, and you do not need an account to use it. Tell us why — spam, harassment, hate speech, sexual content or something else. Anything you report is hidden from you straight away, and content that several different guests report is hidden automatically while we look at it.

The same menu blocks whoever wrote it. Their posts and comments stop appearing for you anywhere in the app, they are not told, and you can undo it under More, then Blocked Accounts. We also refuse posts and comments carrying slurs or the worst language outright, before anyone else sees them.

Not affiliated with the parks

ParkPulse is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Disney, Universal, Six Flags, Cedar Fair, SeaWorld, Herschend or any other park operator. Park, ride and restaurant names belong to their owners and are used to describe what the app is showing you.

Ending your use

You can stop at any time and delete your account from Profile. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk.

ParkPulse Plus

ParkPulse Plus is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, and the Trip Pass is a one-time purchase that provides access for seven days without renewal. Apple charges your Apple Account at purchase and handles refunds and subscription management. You can manage or cancel an auto-renewing subscription in your Apple Account subscriptions. Deleting your ParkPulse account does not cancel an Apple subscription, and you do not need to cancel a subscription before deleting your account.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, ParkPulse is not liable for what you miss, spend or lose by relying on it. Nothing here removes rights you have under the law where you live.
